Bad Schwanberg

The "Schwarze Sulm" is a true jewel of nature.

Die "Schwarze Sulm" is one of the last intact and unaffected watercourses in Austria. A section of the river has been declared a natural monument. Due to its uniqueness and the beauty of the landscape with its protected assets, the Schwarze Sulm was declared a European nature reserve (Natura 2000) in 2006. Wonderful for a hike or a walk. From the Sulmtal up to the Koralm (the origin of the river), you can explore the Schwarze Sulm.
