Making good wine is no secret and requires some rules. Vinifying authentic and character-rich wines, however, requires love for work in the vineyard, in the cellar, tact and a lot of fun trying out new things! This is a wonderful challenge for winemaker Florian Kleindienst every year! Every year, new, interesting wines of the Schilcher-Rosé, Sauvignon-blanc, Muskateller and the fine-fruity and drinking-stimulating sparkling wines mature. From this, Mama Gabi lovingly handcrafted flowers and herbs from her own garden to create many culinary companions for dessert, cheese and meat dishes. Taste and discover our special delicacies when visiting our small delicatessen but also in selected delicatessens all over Austria!
