Pölfing BrunnThe family-run winery Jauk is located in southern western Styria and offers a wide range of Styrian quality wines.
From classic Schilcher to Sauvignon blanc in various stages of development, there is something for every taste. Home-made pumpkin seed oil, fruit juices and home-distilled schnapps complete the Jauk family's culinary offering.
According to the motto "Wine is our preference, taste in a glass is our goal", the Jauk family successfully produces wine, brandies and fruit juices.
In addition to the main wine variety, the Blauer Wildbacherrebe (Schilcher), all the classic white wines - Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay (Morillon), Zweigelt as well as sparkling wine and Frizzante are produced. The secret of the great diversity of varieties is the different vineyards, namely Ried Krass with a nutrient-rich soil and Ried Kogl with a very steep, dry and sandy site.
