Straß in SteiermarkJust like the wines, Christian and Thomas Polz themselves are deeply rooted in the region.
They want to transfer this down-to-earth, earthy and artisanal character into their wines. Multi-layered Sauvignon Blancs, Chardonnays and Gelbe Muskateller from their great Grassnitzberg and Zieregg vineyards on both sides of the border. The winery has been Certified Sustainable Austria since 2023.
