Weingut Skringer Johann und Anneliese
Leutschach an der Weinstraße"Less is more" – this principle has defined the winery for generations. Rather than focusing on quantity, the emphasis is placed on exceptional quality—day after day, year after year. The manageable size of the estate allows for careful attention to every step, from pruning to bottling, ensuring wines of the highest standard.
Located away from the well-known wine routes of Southern Styria, this 13-hectare winery on Eichberg has been family-run for three generations. Perched on a unique high plateau at 560 meters above sea level, the steep vineyards produce distinctive wines that truly reflect their origin in every sip.
The combination of sandy, gravelly soils and the influence of the microclimate provides ideal conditions for producing exceptional white wines with remarkable complexity and elegance.
Working in harmony with nature, the estate is deeply committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The guiding principle remains: "Quality is created in the vineyards here on Eichberg."
Equally important is the personal connection with customers and partners—whether through direct sales at the winery or ongoing collaborations. These wines represent 100% Southern Styria—and, of course, 100% hand-harvested excellence.
