For over ten years, dwarf zebu cattle have been an integral part of the local pasture landscape. Originally from tropical regions, these animals are highly robust and adaptable. Their low-maintenance nature makes them ideal for sustainable grazing, contributing actively to landscape preservation.
The cattle are raised in a natural and species-appropriate manner on vast pastures, feeding on fresh grasses and herbs. This natural upbringing has a direct impact on meat quality – dwarf zebu meat is characterized by fine marbling, exceptional tenderness, and a rich flavor.
In addition to breeding, the focus is on direct marketing of premium dwarf zebu meat and selected meat products. These specialties are available for purchase in the farm shop.
