The Styrian Oil Trail invites its guests to the table. Starting August 18, it’s time again: The Pumpkin Weeks are open!
On August 18, the Pumpkin Weeks will be opened by the Oil Trail hosts Gasthaus Jägerwirt, Gasthof Martinhof, and Restaurant – Steakhouse "Tanzmühle" with a walk through the culinary world of pumpkin. This culinary festival continues at all 23 Oil Trail hosts along the Styrian Oil Trail. Until the end of September, visitors to the Oil Trail can choose from a total of 23 enjoyment addresses. Whether prepared traditionally hearty or culinary refined, the motto for all 23 Oil Trail hosts is: The best quality and exclusively regional ingredients are what matter. During the Pumpkin Weeks, everything revolves around the pumpkin – from the kitchen’s greeting, through a variety of appetizers, intermediate and main dishes, to a sweet conclusion. Each Oil Trail host dedicates a fixed place in their menu to their delicious pumpkin dishes during this culinary festival.
