For the first time, the Mureck Lorberplatz transforms into a small but fine street food mile as part of the Street Food Market Austria Tour. 10 selected food concepts will take you on a culinary journey through the kitchens of the international street food scene.

As a highlight - on Friday, August 1st, there will also be at the same time at Lorberplatz -
The Radio Steiermark Heimatsommer Tour in cooperation with the Tourism Association Therme & Vulkanland
Live broadcast at Murkostladen at Lorberplatz from 1 PM to 4 PM.

• Contest: A special Radio Steiermark suitcase will be filled - visitors of the Heimatsommer can guess its weight. Those who guess the weight of the suitcase correctly will have the opportunity to be drawn at the end of the Heimatsommertour and win a great prize, such as a vacation.

• Brass Band Challenge: At least 30 brass musicians in traditional dress with instruments should gather at 3:30 PM for the Heimatsommer. The musicians should come from different brass bands and play the final piece of the Heimatsommertour broadcast shortly before 4 PM. A short video will also be recorded of the Brass Band Challenge. At the end of the Heimatsommer, all videos will be posted online, and users can vote for their favorite. The winning brass band will receive 1000 liters of beer and soft drinks from our sponsor, Murauer Bier, for the next district musicians' festival.

• Fortune Wheel: The visitors of the Heimatsommer can spin the fortune wheel and win various prizes.
