As a native of Burgau, Georg Borckenstein grew up in the Hartberg-Fürstenfeld region and therefore knows the country, its people and customs. He is already an “old hand” in the catering trade, having worked in the industry since the age of 14. Whether kitchen, bar or service - he has worked in all areas and has traveled a lot internationally.
In 2002, he decided to become self-employed and settled down in Graz. A few years later, the passionate wine drinker with a penchant for tennis, sport and nature was drawn back to his roots. In his Styrian Style Tapas Bar in Fürstenfeld, “Do bin i daham” doesn't just apply to him, but also to all guests.

Saturday: from 09.00-11.00 “Slow start to the weekend” (Saturdays only) and from 11.00 “Tapas”
