The thermal water in the “Therme der Ruhe” in Bad Gleichenberg comes from two thermal springs. The Mariannen spring has a spring temperature of 24° C and comes from a depth of 1500 meters, while the Max spring has a spring temperature of 40° C from a depth of 1042 meters. Both thermal springs are sodium-hydrogen-carbonate-chloride acidulous springs with high levels of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other trace elements.

The Ruhewelt Park is a retreat for tranquillity and comfort, where you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The double loungers, which can be reserved, offer a view of nature, and you can read a book in front of the fireplace.
The world of pleasure offers you space and room for the all-round pampering offers “The Curpark Love” or “The Curpark Gossip”. In the reserved snuggle nests, you have your own retreat with plenty of privacy, where culinary delights are also served personally by the butler.

Whether you choose to relax in the normal loungers, the reservable upholstered loungers or in the day beds, which are integrated into the advantage packages - peace and quiet is the order of the day here.
“Curpark Love” fulfills the desire for intimate togetherness and an all-round pampering package with many included services. Reservations can be made online with a selected cuddly lounger or cuddly nest, and the spa staff will prepare everything for a relaxing day of bathing. The packed bathing bag is ready for collection at the spa reception, including a lovely gift. As soon as you arrive at the cosy lounger - whether on the Ginkgo terrace or in the Relaxation World - the staff at the Magnolie restaurant will serve you chilled Frizzante, mineral water, a sweet and savoury culinary plate and homemade chocolates. As a special highlight, you can call the butler service to your cosy lounger at any time and enjoy even more relaxation.

The Magnolie restaurant, including its spacious terrace, will tempt you to indulge your taste buds. Head chef Karl Feyrer has focused the menu on dishes with regional products from the Thermen- & Vulkanland region. The DRY AGED steak from the Vulkanland pork with corn cream from the region or the vegan dumplings, which are produced in-house, are examples of the variety with which numerous culinary preferences are catered for. Homemade desserts, such as the Kuchenbaumtorte, a homemade creation, round off the culinary day.
The day starts with a hearty breakfast. At both Cafe Kuchenbaum and Restaurant Magnolie, you are spoiled for choice for a delicious start to the day. At Cafe Kuchenbaum, guests can indulge in culinary delights without paying admission to the spa. The comfortable, new interior of the two restaurant areas is decorated in subtle colors, allowing the tangible trees and plants to play the leading role.
The sauna world is part of the overall concept of the Therme der Ruhe. The new Platane outdoor sauna with its large panoramic window gives you the feeling of indulging in the heat in the middle of the Curpark. Every day, the sauna masters will make you sweat in the Platane sauna and in the brine steam bath during the guided special infusions.
