Markt HartmannsdorfTwo who are completely dedicated to good taste. In the manufactory of Bettina & Hans Peter Fink, fresh fruits and vegetables are pickled and preserved.
Fruits and vegetables such as pickled plums, rowan berries, black walnuts, pesto, chutneys, etc., are processed and pickled here.
Only the best ingredients from nature are used for the colorful jars. Freshly picked from the tree or harvested from the field, it goes pickled and dressed on in the glass. Here, of course, the right time is important, because only when a product is ripe can it jump into a Fink's Delikatessen jar. No artificial flavorings or preservatives are allowed.
