Old & young train together for more balance and stability in everyday life
The motto "Bad Radkersburg moves my life" has always been writ large in our town. This is once again underlined by the newly installed movement stations at the spring building in Franz Wegart Park. Old and young can now train balance, coordination and strength together.
Within the framework of an expert workshop of the spa and rehabilitation facilities and the schools, targeted grasping, holding or stabilising of the body were defined as movement patterns that transcend generations. Based on these findings, five stations were selected and then realised.
