The Hirschmann farm store is a family business in 3 generations. They live and work in Muggendorf in the market town of Straden in southeast Styria.
Naturalness - no preservation - lots of love - highest quality. According to this motto, they use fruits, vegetables, herbs and crops from the gardens and fields, and the gardens of neighbours.
The recipe for success: a lot of fruit/field fruit (fresh from the tree/field)- as little sugar as possible- a lot of handwork and a pinch of love. It's fun and proud at the same time!
