Goat cheese dairy Grabenhofer
St. Kathrein am Hauenstein
The Grabenhofer family produces goat cheese products in St. Kathrein am Hauenstein of the highest quality in their certified organic farm.
The Mountain Farm is located at an altitude of 1000 meters in St. Kathrein am Hauenstein in Peter Rosegger's Forest Homeland.
Since the year 2000, various goat cheese products, such as fresh cheese rolls, soft cheese, or cheese balls in oil, have been produced in the farm's own cheese dairy. The goat milk comes from the farm itself, which has about 120 mother goats. The breed primarily kept is the "White German Edelgoat."
Since 2005, the farm has been a recognized organic operation, managed jointly by the whole family.
