Silver Show Mine Arzberg
PassailThe only still passable silver mine in the Grazer Bergland is the ideal destination - especially in bad weather! The Graz mint was supplied with silver from Arzberg in the Middle Ages. A local museum rounds off the eventful program.
During the 1.5 hours you will learn a lot about the life of the miners and the hard work in the mine. At the beginning, the "home cinema" briefly tells the story of Arzberg and the Silberstollen. Then you put on protective clothing and go to the entrance in the silver gallery. Then the tour "underground" begins.
- "Breathe in deeply", because the unique air quality in the tunnel has been shown to have a positive effect on your respiratory system
- Ores were formed more than 400 million years ago

- In 2016 the show mine was awarded the seal of approval for mining safety.
