Mariazell

The new summer experience with archery on the Mariazell Bürgeralpe.

Along a circular path with realistic 3D targets, archery fans of all ages – even without prior knowledge – can give it a try.
Depending on your preferences and time, the course can be completed with 20 to 32 stations (walking time: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours).

Rental equipment as well as a brief introduction to theory and practice at the training area can be accessed on site without prior registration.

The newest attraction in Mariazellerland offers:

Equipment rental including training at the practice area with target boards
A total of 35 stations with realistic 3D targets
Short course (20 stations) or long course (32 stations) available
Suitable for children from 8 years old when accompanied by an adult

Guided tours for groups and beginners available by appointment at office@buergeralpe.at.

Additional tip: The perfect company outing - including cable car ride, equipment & training, meal at the mountain inn (drinks not included) starting from € 75 per person (overnight stay can be booked optionally)

Information on training
Approx. 20-minute training on theory and shooting technique ongoing trainings are held during opening hours.

Information on rental equipment
Bow is tailored to the person Quiver with 5 arrows including protective equipment 1 lost/broken arrow included, all additional arrows € 5,- Return by 4:30 p.m. Late returns incur an additional charge of € 5,-.

Be optimally prepared
Sturdy, flat, closed shoes with tread (ballerinas, crocs, flip flops, etc. are not allowed!) Comfortable clothing, rain protection, possibly a sweater if forecasts indicate cooler weather Adult supervision is required for children under 18 years.
