Fine mushrooms from south-eastern Styria

It took time for Michaela Friedl, a trained dietician, to find out what suited her farm. In the end, she came up with the idea of organic noble mushrooms, and that in warm south-eastern Styria. Michaela's mushrooms are an important contribution to regional product diversity. Mushrooms are ideally suited for a health-conscious and wholesome diet due to their high vitamin and mineral content, and in addition the possibilities for preparation seem almost limitless! The different types of mushrooms grow on straw in St. Stefan im Rosental and are continuously harvested fresh. You can buy the regional superfood directly from Michaela in the self-service farm shop or at some regional sales points.
